Beauty, culture and community education came together in Dublin during the first Miss & Mrs Cross Continent pageant.
The event welcomed 24 contestants representing seven nations and attracted around 450 guests to the Church of Scientology & Community Centre of Dublin.
Broccoli Care Ltd. sponsored the programme, which was organised by Miss & Mrs Cross Continent Events Ltd. together with The Truth About Drugs Ireland.
Before taking part in the stage programme, contestants and visitors toured a Truth About Drugs exhibition and learned about the effects of commonly abused substances. Several contestants completed online drug-education courses before the event, with some finishing all fourteen modules.
Cllr. Francis Timmons, Mayor of South Dublin, spoke during the programme about the importance of bringing communities together through education.
The pageant was accompanied by a diverse cultural programme featuring dancers from several community organisations.
Niveditha Vudayagiri, a software engineer with a master’s degree in artificial intelligence, was crowned Miss Cross Continent 2026. Fortunate eu news this week Lindokuhle Masina and Yuki Yuliatin completed the top three as first and second runners-up.
